Tours Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings made 12^th April 2026 or later.

This section explains our Cancellation Policy. Any person who books a tour on the PragueWithLove site (“You”) can cancel bookings pursuant to the following terms and conditions.

In order to be eligible for a refund due to a tour cancellation, it is necessary to get in touch with PragueWithLove Support prior to the start of the tour. Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour.

How to Cancel a Tour Booking

All cancellations must be initiated by contacting PragueWithLove Support via:

• Selecting the 'Cancel' button in your booking confirmation email
• Emailing [email protected]
• Contacting us through other ways mentioned on our Contact page

Art Breakfast

Due to the reasons laid down in Section 1837, Paragraph j) of the Law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, a ticket purchase may not be cancelled using the procedure laid down in Section 1829 of the Law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code (discretionary cancellation within 14 days after purchase, which generally applies to online purchases, does not apply) because a ticket purchase constitutes a leisure agreement, where supply (purchase of a ticket to attend an Event) is provided at a predetermined time. In this case, the law does not allow buyers to cancel a ticket purchase in the above manner.

Photo Guide

Due to reasons laid down in Section 1837, Paragraph l) of the Law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, a guide purchase may not be cancelled using the procedure laid down in Section 1829 of the Law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code (discretionary cancellation within 14 days after purchase, which generally applies to online purchases, does not apply) because the guide is a digital product that is not delivered on a physical device and is delivered before the 14 days return window expires. This is agreed during the purchase.
